The middle path

Most men think they have two options: stay overweight and accept getting older, or chase six-pack abs and live like a fitness influencer.

The 15 Percent Club is the middle path.

For most men, getting below 20% body fat leads to real improvements in health, energy, mobility, confidence, and performance. But chasing single-digit body fat often comes with a cost — food obsession, social isolation, burnout, and eventually rebound weight gain.

At around 15% body fat, most men look lean, athletic, muscular, and healthy. This isn’t about simply losing weight. It’s about losing fat while building lean muscle. Getting stronger. Moving better. Having more energy. And building a physique that commands respect.

Not because you’re trying to impress strangers. Because you look, feel, and carry yourself like a man who takes care of himself.

You don’t need to become a fitness influencer. You don’t need to spend your life dieting. And you don’t need to choose between fitness and living. What you need is a lean, strong, capable body that supports a great life.

Through smart strength training, sustainable nutrition, lifestyle alignment, and accountability, I help men over 40 build bodies they can maintain for years — not just for a photoshoot.

The real problem

You’re not lazy.
You’re busy.

If you’re a man over 40 who gains fat easily, you’ve probably spent years thinking your problem is discipline. It’s not.

You know protein matters. You know you should strength train. You know you should walk more and eat fewer processed foods. The problem isn’t that you don’t know what to do — the problem is that life got more complicated.

A career. A family. Responsibilities. Maybe a few injuries that didn’t exist in your twenties. You’ve tried diets, tried workout programs, tried “getting serious” on Monday. Sometimes it worked — for a while. Then work got busy, a vacation came up, the holidays arrived, an injury slowed you down. And before you knew it, you were starting over again.

Most fitness programs weren’t designed for men with real lives. They’re designed for people who can organize their lives around fitness. You need the opposite — a fitness plan that fits your life. One that helps you build muscle, lose fat, and stay healthy while still enjoying date nights, vacations, weekends, family events, and the occasional great meal.

My story

Why
15 percent?

Like many men, I spent years bouncing between extremes. In my mid-thirties, after years of trying to get Paleo, Keto, Carnivore, and Intermittent Fasting right, I rebelled against diet culture. I was tired of rules. Tired of restrictions. So I stopped paying attention to my nutrition altogether in the name of “ending the war against myself.”

Unfortunately, after practicing intuitive eating for years, I found myself at nearly 30% body fat. High cholesterol. Low testosterone. High blood pressure. And I had completely given up playing basketball — my favorite thing to do — because my joints always hurt.

I knew I had to make a change, but I didn’t want to go back to disordered eating, obsession, and miserable restriction either. There had to be another option.

I realized it was all about losing fat and gaining muscle in a slow, sustainable way — without extremes and without drama. As my dad always used to tell me: “the perfect is the enemy of the good.” Perfectionism was killing me.

What I discovered is that you don’t need to be perfectly shredded to be healthy, confident, and proud of the way you look. You do need a simple plan, you do need to train consistently, and you do need to pay attention to what you eat.

That’s when I decided to make my goal getting below 20% body fat, with an eye on reaching 15% one day — because below 20% body fat, almost all major health markers improve. When I finally got there, my energy improved. Movement became easier. Confidence came back.

For men over 40 who aren’t naturally thin, 15% body fat is the sweet spot. Lean enough to see your hard work. Muscular enough to look athletic. Healthy enough to feel great. And realistic enough to maintain.

That’s why this program is called The 15 Percent Club. Not because 15 is magic — because it represents the point where health, performance, appearance, and sustainability finally meet. Not perfection. Not obsession. Just a lean, strong, capable body that supports a great life.

How it works

Four simple
principles.

The 15 Percent Club is built on four simple principles — not more information, more support.

01

Smart strength training

Most men don’t need to live in the gym. About four focused hours a week builds muscle, strength, athleticism, and long-term joint health.

02

Sustainable nutrition

No detoxes. No cheat days. No starting over every Monday. A simple approach that helps you lose fat and build muscle while you enjoy your life.

03

Lifestyle alignment

Your fitness plan should fit your life, not the other way around. Learn to navigate restaurants, vacations, and family time while still making progress.

04

Accountability

Direct daily access to a coach through the Everfit app. Someone in your corner keeping you focused when life gets busy — because consistency creates results.

Real results

Not just a
philosophy.

“Down two notches on the belt and stronger than I’ve been in a decade — without wrecking my life to get there.”

Billard

“I expected a diet. What I got was a way of training and eating I can actually keep. It stuck.”

Will

“First program that didn’t ask me to give up vacations, date nights, or my sanity.”
